It is situated in an enchanting site in the Tuscan hill country, from where you can enjoy a nice view of San Gimignano, the ancient and famous medieval town celebrated for its beautiful towers, which is less then two kilometres from the house, easily reachable by a simple panoramic walk of only 15 minutes.
This farmhouse is part of an estate with ten hectares of land and one hectare of wooded land; it is surrounded by cypresses, olive groves, vineyards, sunflowers and wheat fields.
